Cancellations 31+ Calendar Days Prior

You may cancel your Think Wrong Class registration 31+ days before your scheduled event with a full refund. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible at support@thinkwrong.com. Refunds will be made by check within 30 days of cancellation.

Cancellations 30 Calendar Days Prior

Sorry, we are not able to offer refunds for cancellations within 30 days of a scheduled Think Wrong Class under any circumstance. We are able to postpone your registration to a mutually agreed date, within six months of your originally scheduled training date. If you need to postpone your registration within 30 days of your scheduled Think Wrong Class, please notify us as soon as possible at support@thinkwrong.com.

Additional Fee for Cancellations 15 Calendar Days Prior

Any cancellations within 15 days of a scheduled Think Wrong Class are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the original tuition.
